HMD Global is working on its one of a kind upcoming flagship 5G phone, Nokia 10. According to reports the upcoming android smartphone features a rear 5 camera setup which is surely a new concept. Before this Nokia has already launched such smartphones having unique camera features, be it the Nokia 1020 or Nokia 808 PureView camera. Every Carls Zeiss dedicated phones have been a masterpiece so hopes are high with this handset too. Let’s dive into the PIT to look for its features and launch date in India.
Nokia 10 will have a 5 Zeiss lenses in a circular setup at the back. HMD global has teamed up with ZEISS Optics to produce one of the best cameraphone. Leaked photos shows along with lenses, a flash module and a laser auto-focus sensor will be in the circle too. Leaks suggests that this mobile features 24 MP camera sensor as primary camera and one of the Penta lenses setup will feature a Telephoto lens with 5x zoom. Information about the lenses are not out but it is supposed that a wide and ultra wide lenses may come with it. The front camera setup details are not clear yet but will atleast have 20MP sensor or a dual camera setup. Android PIE (9.0) will be the OS platform with stock Android UI.

Talking about other hardware it is clear that the handset features the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 (7nm) processor. A variant of 6/8GB RAM can also be used along with 256 GB storage. As far as the screen is concerned, it may have a 6.4-inches 2K AMOLED full view screen with latest Gorrila Glass protection. Leaked photo suggests it will have a glass back panel but missing the fingerprint sensor. So it is clear that the handset will have a Face Recogniton Unlock security feature. HMD Global can also bring in-display fingerprint sensor. So we will have to wait for the launch.

According to reports HMD may launch the 5G technology in this phone with single/dual sim support which will surely make this a Tank with speed. So this 5G phone may draw its customers back. Though there is no rumour about the battery capacity the flagship will deliver but it may lie between 3200mAh to 4000mAh. It is obvious that all the common sensors like gyrosensor, accelerometer, proximity and compass will be present. As the handset is still in R&D so guessing about the price and the colour is difficult. Well there is no clarity about its launch date in India. HMD Global may launch Nokia 10 in Mid-2019 next year. Though the price in India is not sure.
